Order Terms

Effective October 30, 2026. What you get with a TreeDrop tree, and what we need from you.

Your order

Placing an order on our website is a request for delivery on the date you pick. Your order is confirmed once we confirm the date, any access details and your total, and you pay. Delivery dates offered online run from Friday, November 20 to Wednesday, December 23, 2026, while trees and delivery slots last.

What the price includes

  • A fresh cut Noble Fir or Fraser Fir in the size you ordered. Trees are natural, so each one varies a little in shape and height. A 6 ft tree is about 5½ to 6½ ft and an 8 ft tree is about 7½ to 8½ ft before the stand.
  • A tree stand on loan for the season
  • Delivery to your home
  • Setup inside: carrying the tree in, setting it in the stand, straightening and checking it, and cleaning up debris from setup
  • Pickup during our scheduled January pickup window, including collection of the stand and disposal or green waste recycling of the tree where accepted

What the price does not include

  • Sales tax, which is added to your total
  • Lights, ornaments, decorating, or taking decorations down
  • Watering or any other care while the tree is up
  • Any extra charge for unusual access, which we tell you about before you pay

Trees taller than 8 ft

Trees 9 ft and up are special orders, quoted one at a time and subject to availability and access.

Your part

  • Have someone home to let the crew in and show them where the tree goes.
  • Give us accurate notes about gates, stairs, parking and access.
  • Water the tree regularly, and never let the stand run dry.
  • Keep the tree away from fireplaces, heaters, vents and other heat sources.
  • Take every decoration off before January pickup, including lights, hooks, tinsel and the tree skirt.
  • Look after the loaned stand while it is in your home.

Safety

A real tree that dries out can burn. Once the tree is set up, its care is your responsibility. Please read our guide on keeping a tree fresh and follow the fire safety advice from your local fire department.

Changes and questions

If something about your order needs to change, contact us as early as you can. Any change to your date or total is confirmed with you directly.
