What delivery means here

Real Christmas tree delivery, not a drop at the curb

A lot of tree delivery stops at your driveway: a netted tree leaned against the garage and a stand you still have to buy. Ours goes the rest of the way. The crew carries the tree inside to the spot you pick, sets it in a sturdy stand, gets it straight and sweeps up.

In January we come back for it, so the dry tree never has to be dragged through the house or cut up for the green bin. That return trip is why the stand is a loan. It goes back on the truck with the tree.

  • To your door

Brought to your home on the date you pick.

  • Into the room

Carried in, upstairs too. Tell us about stairs when you order.

  • Into the stand

Set straight, checked and ready for lights.

  • Out in January

Hauled away and recycled as green waste where accepted.

What we bring

Live, real or fresh? What we deliver

People search for live, real and fresh Christmas tree delivery and usually mean the same thing: a real tree, not an artificial one. Every tree we deliver is a fresh cut Noble Fir or Fraser Fir that stands in water in your home.

We do not deliver potted living trees meant for replanting, and we do not sell artificial trees. Keep the stand full every day and a cut fir stays green through the holidays. Our guide on keeping a tree fresh in Southern California covers the warm, dry days we get in December.

Timing

When to book Christmas tree delivery

Book as soon as you know your date. In Orange County, most of the season's demand for delivered trees lands between mid November and about December 20, and the weekend after Thanksgiving is when a lot of families want the tree up.

Delivery dates on our order page run from November 20 to December 23. Taller special order trees need extra lead time, so ask early if your room needs one.

Questions

Christmas tree delivery service questions

Is there a delivery fee or a charge per mile?

No. Delivery is part of the price, and the price is set by the size of the tree, not by how far we drive on our route. The one exception is unusual access, like a very long carry or a tall tree going up a tight staircase. If that applies to your home, we tell you before you pay.

How do I order a tree?

Go to the order page, choose Noble Fir or Fraser Fir, choose 6 ft or 8 ft, and pick the date you want it delivered. Add your address and any notes about gates, stairs or where the tree should go. We confirm your date and your total before you pay.

When should I order my tree?

Order as early as you can. Demand for delivered trees in Orange County runs heaviest from mid November to about December 20, and the weekend after Thanksgiving (November 28 and 29 this year) is a popular time to get the tree up. Ordering early gives you the widest choice of delivery dates.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. Someone needs to let us in and show us where the tree goes, since we set it up inside. If a sitter, housekeeper or neighbor will be there instead, put their name in your order notes.

I live behind a guard gate. What should I do?

Add TreeDrop to your guest list for your delivery date and again for your January pickup. Put any gate instructions or codes in your order notes so the crew has them on the day.

Do you deliver outside those areas?

Not this season. The route is set for 2026. If you are right on the edge of the map, ask us anyway and we will give you a straight answer.

You create the memories. We handle the heavy lifting.

Two trees, two sizes, one price that covers delivery, setup and January pickup. Pick your date and we take it from there.
