What we collect

When you order a tree, we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address, ZIP code, your tree and size, your delivery date and any notes you add, like gate instructions. When you send a question, we collect your name, email, and the phone, ZIP and message you choose to share.

Why we collect it

• To confirm your order, your total and your delivery and pickup details
• To deliver, set up and pick up your tree
• To answer your questions

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who helps us

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and form submissions pass through the email or form service we use to receive them. Those providers only process your details so we can receive and answer them. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Some pages show an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies under the Google privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them to deliver and pick up your tree, handle any follow up and keep normal business records.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Since we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still ask. Send us a request or email treedroppco@gmail.com.

Children

Our site is for adults ordering for their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
