Christmas Tree Delivery Across Huntington Beach, CA
From Harbour homes on the five islands to Seacliff and Sunset Beach, a fresh fir comes inside, goes up level in a sturdy stand and leaves with the crew in January.
Huntington Beach and nearby communities on our route
Huntington Harbour was carved out of the old Sunset Bay wetlands starting in 1963, and its five man made islands, Admiralty, Davenport, Gilbert, Humboldt and Trinidad, put hundreds of homes right on the water. That's one corner of Christmas tree delivery in Huntington Beach. The rest of the map runs from the gated enclaves of Seacliff and the newer streets of Brightwater to Sunset Beach, stretched along Coast Highway between the sand and the Harbour.
Wherever you are in town, ordering works the same way. Pick a fir (Noble or Fraser), pick a height (6 ft at $465 or 8 ft at $589) and pick a day. Usually it's two people who bring the tree in, set it level in a loaned stand, check it over and leave the floor free of needles. All the decorating stays with you. They come back in January for the bare tree and our stand, and our Christmas tree pickup page explains that visit.
Neighborhoods
Harbour, beach and Seacliff neighborhoods
Huntington Harbour
Homes on the five islands and the streets along the channels, hundreds of them with water frontage.
Sunset Beach
Stretched along Coast Highway between the ocean and Huntington Harbour, with its own 90742 ZIP and one of the widest beaches in Southern California.
Brightwater
A planned community of about 365 homes near Coast Highway, looking out over the ocean and the 1,200 acre Bolsa Chica wetlands.
Seacliff
Several gated enclaves around the Seacliff Country Club, now The Huntington Club, with 1970s homes in lower Seacliff and newer ones above.
Downtown
The blocks around Main Street and the pier, home to the city's first high school, built on Main Street in 1906. Mention an alley garage if you have one.
Huntington Beach Christmas tree delivery, house by house
Harbour homes and the water side
On the Harbour islands, the crew comes in from the street, while your living room may look out on the channel. Choose the spot ahead of time and clear a path through the house, or tell us if a side gate is the better route. Give the tree some distance from any heater, and keep it out of the path to the door you use for the dock.
Sunset Beach and Coast Highway
If you live along Coast Highway in Sunset Beach, tell us at checkout which side your door faces and where a truck can stop nearby. For homes on the sand side, mention how far the door is from the street and any steps or narrow walkways on the way, so the crew can plan the carry before they arrive.
Measuring a 1970s home or a newer build
Lower Seacliff homes date to the 1970s, while Brightwater was built much more recently, and ceilings can differ a lot between the two. Measure right where the tree will stand. A standard 8 ft ceiling pairs with the 6 ft tree at $465, a 10 ft ceiling pairs with the 8 ft size ($589), and at 9 ft it's your call.
The local season
Cruise of Lights season in the Harbour
The Huntington Harbour Philharmonic Committee presents the 64th annual Cruise of Lights from December 19 to 23, 2026: 50 minute narrated boat tours leaving at 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 pm, past thousands of lights on boats, decks, docks and homes. The committee's boat parade usually runs on a weekend earlier in December.
If your house faces the water, plan to have the tree up and decorated by mid December, when the parade and the cruise boats start passing by. For everyone else, a delivery date in the first week of December still gives you about three weeks with the tree before Christmas.

January
January pickup instead of the curb
Last season the city's hauler, Republic Services, collected trees at the curb for one week, January 5 to 9, 2026, with drop off spots like the city yard on Gothard Street. With TreeDrop, none of that is on your list. Take off every decoration before the scheduled January pickup window. On pickup day the crew removes the tree and our stand and takes care of disposal, recycling it as yard waste where that's allowed.
Huntington Beach Christmas tree delivery questions
Do you deliver to homes on the Huntington Harbour islands?
Yes. Admiralty, Davenport, Gilbert, Humboldt and Trinidad are all on our route, along with the streets around the channels. Order online and put the useful details in your checkout notes, like a side gate, a long walkway or the room where the tree will stand.
Is Sunset Beach covered?
Yes. Sunset Beach has been part of Huntington Beach since August 2011, and its 90742 addresses are on our route. Order the same way as anywhere else in the city, and add a note at checkout about parking, steps or anything else the crew should know before they arrive.
Do you deliver inside Seacliff's gated communities?
Yes. Several Seacliff neighborhoods are gated, so let the gate know TreeDrop is coming on your delivery date and again in January for pickup. Type any entry codes or instructions into your checkout notes, along with the name of your enclave if the guard will ask for it.
Do you deliver to Seal Beach and Rossmoor?
Yes. Neither has a page of its own, but both are on our route next door to Huntington Beach. Order online with your address and mention any gate, parking or steps at checkout. Pricing doesn't change: a 6 ft tree is $465 and an 8 ft is $589, plus tax. Down the coast, we deliver in Newport Beach too.
