Laguna Niguel is mostly hills, topping out at 936 ft on Niguel Hill, with Crown Valley Parkway cutting across town from southwest to northeast. That terrain decides a lot about Christmas tree delivery in Laguna Niguel, because plenty of homes sit above or below the street, behind a guard gate or at the top of a steep driveway. Our crew does the carrying, sets the tree in a sturdy stand, straightens it, checks it and sweeps up.
The first town plan came from architect Victor Gruen for the Laguna Niguel Corporation, formed in 1959, and the city incorporated on December 1, 1989. We bring a Noble Fir or Fraser Fir to every corner of it. A 6 ft tree costs $465 and an 8 ft tree costs $589 before tax, and the price already includes a borrowed stand, setup and the return trip in January. See what setup includes before you order.

Guard gated, on one of the highest ridges in the city. Note any steps between the driveway and the front door.
San Joaquin Hills
A guard gated planned community near Moulton Parkway and Aliso Creek Road, with two gated entrances. Say which one is closer to your street.

Ocean and canyon views, with Beacon Hill Park on Beacon Hill Way as an easy landmark when you write directions.
Marina Hills, Kite Hill and Rancho Niguel
Three more of the city's neighborhoods on our route, with the same two varieties, the same prices and the same January pickup.

Guarded gates
Bear Brand Ranch, Ocean Ranch, Laguna Sur and San Joaquin Hills all have guarded gates. Register TreeDrop as an expected guest for the date you book, and do it a second time when the January pickup window is coming up. If your HOA uses an app or a call box, enter us the way you would any visitor, and leave a backup contact in your checkout notes.
Homes above and below the street
On a hillside lot the front door might sit up a long flight of steps or at the bottom of a steep driveway. Carrying the tree that distance is the crew's job. What helps is detail: how many steps, how tight the turn into the entry, and whether a side gate is in the way. Anything unusual about access, and any charge that comes with it, gets confirmed before checkout.
View windows and ceiling height
In neighborhoods like Beacon Hill and Monarch Point, the view window is often the obvious spot for the tree. Keep it a little off the glass, since afternoon sun warms the branches, and away from heater vents. Then measure the ceiling right there: around 8 ft means the 6 ft tree, around 10 ft means the 8 ft, and 9 ft gives you a choice.
The local season
The Holiday Parade, Santa Ana days and tree timing
The city's Holiday Parade is set for Saturday, December 12, 2026. If you'd like your tree up and decorated by parade weekend, book your tree for a date a few days ahead, so you have an evening or two to untangle the lights.
December is usually the coolest month here, but Santa Ana winds, which the National Weather Service says are most common from September through May, can still bring warm, dry days. Those are the days to check the stand twice and keep the tree well away from the fireplace. The watering is yours; the stand, setup and pickup are ours.

January
Christmas tree pickup in January
When the January pickup window comes, the bare tree goes out with the crew, and so does the stand. Undecorate fully before then: lights, ornaments, hooks, tinsel and the tree skirt. Behind a gate, you'll want TreeDrop on the guest list again, since a December entry may not carry over. Disposal is on us, with green waste recycling wherever it's accepted, so a dry 8 ft fir never has to go down your steep driveway on your shoulder.
Do you deliver to Monarch Point, Niguel Summit and Crest de Ville?
Yes. Every neighborhood in town is on our route, from Monarch Point and Niguel Summit to Crest de Ville, Palmilla and Rolling Hills. If yours has a gate, we'll need to be on the list both times, and a note about steps or a steep driveway helps the crew a lot.
Do you also deliver in Aliso Viejo and Laguna Hills?
Yes. Aliso Viejo and Laguna Hills don't have pages of their own, but they're on our regular route. The order is the same as anywhere else: choose a variety, a size and a delivery date online, then tell us about gates, stairs or parking in your checkout notes.
What tree fits a two story entry or vaulted living room?
Something taller than our standard sizes, as a special order. Anything 9 ft and up is quoted one at a time, depending on what's available and how the tree gets inside, which on a hillside lot includes the steps and turns along the way. Measure the ceiling at its lowest point above the tree spot and send that with your request.
Is a long flight of outdoor steps a problem?
No. Outdoor steps come with a lot of hillside homes here, and the crew carries the tree up them, into the house and into the stand. Tell us roughly how many steps there are, whether there's a landing or a tight turn, and the closest spot for the truck. If the access is unusual, an extra charge may apply, and it's always confirmed before you pay.
