Fresh Christmas Tree Delivery in Anaheim Hills, CA
Curving streets, sloped driveways and big view windows come with the hills, so the crew carries your tree from the truck to the right spot and sets it up straight.
Anaheim Hills is not its own city but the eastern part of Anaheim, and most of it was built in the 1970s after Texaco took over the land in 1970. It was also the first residential development to use landform grading, which shapes building pads to look like natural slopes. For Christmas tree delivery in Anaheim Hills, that means curving streets, sloped driveways and the occasional staircase up to the front door.
TreeDrop sells two fresh Christmas trees, Noble Fir and Fraser Fir, at matching prices, $465 at 6 ft and $589 at 8 ft, with tax on top. Our crew, normally two people, walks the tree inside, stands it in a sturdy loaned stand, makes sure it's plumb and picks up the needles. Lights and ornaments are where you come in. Once January rolls around, the crew drives back up the hill to collect it all.
Neighborhoods
Neighborhoods and landmarks we know up here
Peralta Hills
One of the small, low density tracts from the 1940s and 1950s that came before the master plan. Describe the walk from the street to your door in your notes.
Mohler Loop
Another low density pocket from the same era, older than most homes around it. Measure your front door and hallway before delivery day.
East Hills
Approved by the city in 1990 around Weir Canyon Road, as building pushed east toward the 241. If yours is a two story plan, measure the room, not the entry.
The Highlands
Approved the same year, also around Weir Canyon Road. Add notes about steps, a steep drive or a gate when you order.
Near Oak Canyon Nature Center
Homes near the 58 acre nature center on Walnut Canyon Road and the city owned golf course next to it. Clear house numbers save a lap around the block.
Near Deer Canyon Park
The 133 acre reserve has trails for hiking and horse riding. Nearby streets climb and curve, so mention any slope or steps between the truck and your door.
Christmas tree delivery in Anaheim Hills, slope by slope
Sloped driveways and front steps
Hillside lots can put a front door well above or below the street, with a steep drive or a run of steps in between. Tell us how many steps there are, how steep the drive is and where a truck can stop safely. With that, nobody is surprised on the day. When the access is unusual, we confirm any extra charge before checkout.
Split levels and ceiling heights
In a hillside home, rooms are often stacked, and getting from the front door to the living room can mean a few stairs either way. Mention those steps, then check how high the ceiling is over the tree's spot. Eight feet of ceiling suits our 6 ft fir, ten feet suits the 8 ft fir, and nine feet leaves you free to pick.
Gates and HOA rules
The community has dozens of named neighborhoods, and some of them sit behind gates. Clear us with the gate for both visits, delivery day and January pickup, and put the code or guard instructions in your notes. Any HOA limits on trucks or guest parking belong in the notes too, along with the best entrance to use.
The local season
Holiday plans in the hills and downtown
The city's big December event is the Nutcracker Holiday Village and tree lighting in downtown Anaheim. It usually lands on the first Sunday of the month, and this year it falls on Sunday, December 6, with the tree lighting on the City Hall steps at 6 pm. Closer to home, the oak woodland and year round stream at Oak Canyon Nature Center make an easy winter walk on about four miles of trails.
To come home from the village to a decorated tree, choose a delivery date in the days after Thanksgiving. Give the branches a day to settle once the tree is up, then hang the heavy ornaments.

January
January Christmas tree pickup in Anaheim Hills
When the pickup window opens in January, the crew lifts the undecorated tree out of its stand and carries both down to the truck, so no one has to drag a dry fir down a steep driveway. Strip it bare before then, tinsel included. Anaheim runs its own curbside pickup on trash day for a few weeks after Christmas and wants trees taller than 6 ft cut in two; ours leave whole.
All of it, in both 92807 and 92808, from older pockets like Peralta Hills and Mohler Loop to the East Hills and The Highlands near Weir Canyon Road. Order online, then leave slope, gate and parking notes so the crew knows what to expect at your door.
Is a sunny view window a good spot for the tree?
It can be, if you keep up with the water. Sun through a big window warms the room, so look at the water level every morning and keep heaters, vents and the fireplace well clear of it. Watering is your job after setup, and a thirsty fresh cut fir can empty a stand faster than you'd expect.
Can you hang lights on the tree or the house?
No. TreeDrop doesn't decorate, sell lights or do outdoor lighting. The crew delivers a fresh cut Noble Fir or Fraser Fir, carries it in, gets it upright in a loaned stand, straightens it and sweeps up, and the lights and ornaments are yours to add, inside and out.
Do you also deliver in Yorba Linda, across the 91?
Yes. Yorba Linda sits just north of here, across the Santa Ana River and the 91, and Yorba Linda Christmas tree delivery has its own page with local details. Prices are identical on both sides of the river, and so is everything included with the tree.
