Before you order

What happens after I place my order?

We reach out by text or email to confirm your delivery date, the timing, any access notes and your total with tax. Once it all looks right, you pay and the date is set.

Is tax included in the price?

No. The $465 and $589 prices are before tax. Your confirmed total shows the tax, plus any extra charge for unusual access if your home needs one.

What if my ceiling is taller than 10 feet?

Choose "9 ft and up" and tell us the ceiling height and the room. Tall trees are a special order, so we check what is available and look at access before we quote. You can also use the ceiling size tool.
